Whole spices and crush the garlic. Mix all the ingredients. To marinate the ribs. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Roast on the grill over the coals. The heat must not be strong, as the caramelized sugar very quickly. Flip for uniform roasting.

BBQ pork ribs

Actually the way to cook almost any meat, but pork... but still

You will need :

meat (pork ribs) 2 kg

honey 150 g

lemon 1 PCs.

garlic 1 PC.

chili pepper 1 piece

soy sauce 100 g

olive oil 3 tbsp.

seasoning to taste 1 tsp.

dry white wine 100 g
